Contour Image by Amy is an alternative weight loss program located in Hendersonville, North Carolina. In addition to healthy eating and living an active lifestyle, we use red and near-infrared light to melt fat and shrink fat cells. Our infrared mask helps diminish wrinkles and lines and improves skin tone and texture. We are dedicated to helping the women in Western North Carolina look and feel great. Especially during this time, it's time to feel good about ourselves again.

You will begin with a free consultation where we discuss your weight loss goals, expectations and any concerns you may have. We want to work with our clients to track their progress however they are comfortable. For some that may mean that we take measurements, or photos, but every client’s comfort is our priority, so let us know if you would rather forgo these procedures. If we take measurement or progress photos, we will do so before your first session and midway to see your progress. How many sessions you need depends on your goals. We have packages for 6, 12, and 24. We can also customize packages to your needs.

Light Therapy 

Every session is 30 minutes. During your 30 minute sessions, you will lay on your back and we will wrap the target areas of your body with our state of the art German Engineered microchip pads. These pads produce Red and Near- Infrared light to melt  fat. The face mask is optional.  This is a time to relax, unwind and let the warm pads do their magic.

Vibrational Plate

Once your light therapy session is completed, you will stand on the vibration plate for 10 to 15 minutes. This part of the process helps to circulate your blood and stimulate your lymphatic system, helping process the melted fat. Not only does this help the process, but also helps you to lose inches.

Be Healthy 

Red and Near-Infrared light therapy is meant to be a tool to lose inches.  For best results we recommend combining your sessions with healthy eating. We advise you to talk to your health care physician before you start any lifestyle change. We suggest regular exercise combined with healthy eating for the best “wow-worthy” results!
